Return Policy and Limited Guarantee Against Defects
For assistance or to exchange a defective product please call us.
Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all packing materials and other accessories and be received within 14 days of the invoice date.
We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.
We also reserve the right to charge a restocking for a returns not resulting from our error(s).
No returns will be accepted without an Return Authorization number issued by GO! Strong Athletics, Inc.
Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
For your protection, insure the return and use a traceable method of shipping.
Shipping Schedule
All orders will ship within 7-10 business days of receiving cleared payment.
GO! Strong Athletics, Inc. is not responsible for any delays which occur due to the Carrier.
Orders will not ship on any holiday observed by the Carrier selected to deliver the order.
Pre-order Shipments
Our normal shipping schedule does not apply to Pre-orders or combined purchases containing 1 or more pre-order items.
Items available for pre-order will state an available date.
From time to time, an official release date will be pushed back.
In this situation, the ship date for a pre-order will also be pushed back to match the official release date.
Combined orders which contain pre-order item(s) will not ship until the latest date listed in the description for the pre-order item(s).
